Customers and Staff never wear masks. Prices have been jacked up and the ATM never works. Very cramped and only one person can navigate the aisles at a time. Some staff can be nice, but that's the only positive I can think of.

Said they was going too help me as I have a high clotting disorder and cannot make it too the shop, taken all my details down where I live my number my full name accepting that I would only pay half now and the rest days later as it would give me enough time too go with draw the money from the Bank as my leg would have healed up, after takening all my details down the lady on the other end of the phone who I thought was lovely too begin with hung up on me while I was in mid sentence then I rang back thinking it was just a loss of confection the lady put the phone too her ear I said hello she hung up again I rang back times after that she just picked the phone up and then hung up this is a awful thing too do too someone wen they could have just said no they cannot do that instead she has taken all my details and then hung up after knowing everything of where I live too my name full name I use this co op often and am ashamed as I have spent a lot of money here and staff are normally very kind I'm rather shocked and highly upset with this I cannot believe the fact I thought she cared enough too help then threw it down in my face after "taking all my details"

Would give zero stars if I would. Served by Karen this afternoon, she complained that my partner puts his small cans on top of a big box of carling (like he normally does) she then slammed them down on the counter (thankfully none of them burst). No please or thank you, oh and wasn't even wearing the correct uniform. If it was me I'd be straight in the office for speaking to a paying customer that way (and I work for the Co Op - but not this store). They don't even answer the phone despite me calling them at least times.

I would avoid this place like the plague in the morning as the staff are an absolute joke. They’re too busy chatting away to some of the customers instead of serving the ever growing queue, and then they have the nerve to get snippy with you for going to them rather than using the self service.Trust me, I would rather use the self service, but they can’t sell tobacco, and they need staff to approve the purchase of energy drinks so it’s somewhat pointless. One member of staff is particularly terrible for this, and I recall an occasion where she decided to chat to someone BEHIND me instead of serving me. The arrogance and rudeness of the morning staff truly is a sight to behold.
